The third-party online payment processor has been updated. Please ensure that your billing address and zip code match the information on file with your credit card provider to avoid your payment being declined. If you have an autodraft set up with a credit card, please go online to remove the existing information and update it to match your billing details through your credit card provider or it will be declined.
Office Hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.
Your payment is due on the 1st of the month. Please note the following regarding payments:
* A 10% Penalty will be assessed if payment is not received by 4:30 PM on the 1st.
* An additional $25 late fee will be charged, and your account will be placed on the shut off list if payment is not received by 4:30 PM on the 10th
* Online payments incur a $1.25 fee, plus an additional 3.5% for credit card or debit card service fees.
* If your account is on suspend it will not autodraft. The payment will need to be made through the office.
* Please be advised that if your water service has been shut off due to non-payment or a returned check, the account balance must be paid in full at our Office, in CASH ONLY. Payments made after 2pm will have an additional $40 Express Fee.
